Registration Fees

Full Conference registration fees include breakfast, lunch and refreshments (Oct 3-5) and dinner on October 3 & 4. 

Daily registration fees include breakfast, lunch and refreshments for the date registered only.

Conference Materials and Wifi connection in meeting rooms are included for all registered participants.
Registration can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by cheque (payable to OPPI)

Pre-registration for Mobile Workshops and Concurrent Sessions

Pre-registration is required for mobile workshops and some interactive training sessions. Pre-registration for these events will open in April, those already registered for the conference will receive first priority.  Please note: No refunds will be given for particpants unable to attend mobile workshops after September 30th. 
 

Photo Release

Photographs and videos taken at this event may be used in various Ontario Professional Planners Institute’s print and online publications.

 

Cancellation Policies

Individual Registration:
 

  • Registration is transferable* for a $30 fee.
  • Registration may not be shared* with one or more persons.
  • Individuals wishing to attend the conference for part or one day only must book under the one day registration fee.

Refund:

  • A full refund less a $125 administration fee up to September 2nd.
  • 75% refund from September 3rd to September 24th.
  • No refund will be issued from September 25th onward.
 
* Note:
"Transferable" refers to those individuals who cannot attend for any reason and wish to transfer their registration to another individual within the same organization. "Shared" refers to those individuals who only attend for part of the day and wish to share their remaining registration with other individuals.
