Cassandra Vink is a policy, research, and evaluation consultant who works with a variety of public and non-profit organizations to conduct research and develop insights and solutions to human services issues. With over a 13 years of consulting experience she has completed over 75 reports and studies in the areas of health, housing, homelessness, social services, and food justice. Her work often involves research, policy development and analysis, consultation, evaluation, system planning, strategic and business planning, and organizational design and capacity building. Cassandra is passionate about the work she has done with diverse communities, individuals experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity, seniors, persons with mental health issues, and persons with physical and developmental disabilities.
 
Cassandra is a Credentialed Evaluator recognized by the Canadian Evaluation Society, a Registered Professional Planner with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.  Cassandra’s recent projects include the Windsor Essex 10 Year Housing and Homelessness Master Plan, the Secondary Rental Market Research and Policy Paper for the Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation, the Indigenous Housing Policy Options Paper for CHRA, and the Innovative Municipal Contributions to Housing project for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities.
