Planner, EcoVue Consulting

Frances Wilbur, MES, RPP, MCIP has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Studies from Trent University and Masters of Environmental Studies (Planning) from York University. With over 20 years of work experience Frances has developed a broad range of skills in environmental planning, economic development, and consultation in both the private and non-profit sector. Frances has extensive experience consulting and collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds, interpreting legislation, and translating technical information to multiple stakeholders. Outside of the Planning field Frances worked as an Executive Director of a Community Economic Development non-profit charitable organisation and continues to volunteer in the social services sector in her community. Frances has taught at both Trent University (Business Studies and Indigenous Studies) and Fleming College (Applied Planning). Frances is currently working as a Planner with EcoVue Consulting in Peterborough.
