Sanjay Coelho is a Senior Policy Analyst in the Environmental Policy Branch of the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks. He has worked on completion of Ontario’s Excess Soil Management Policy Framework, and is now working on outreach related to the recently finalized On-site and Excess Soil Management Regulation (O. Reg. 406/19). He holds a Master’s in planning and has worked on a range of matters related to soil, brownfields, land use planning, the Great Lakes, and Indigenous engagement.
