Christian Chan, Planner, Owner

Since 2011, Christian is the sole practitioner at C2’s land use planning practice (now known as The Planning Agency Inc.) and has worked with many related design, land use and engineering professionals and clients on residential, commercial, mixed-use, institutional and industrial projects. He has experience providing evidence, testimony and witness statements for Ontario Municipal Board/Local Planning Appeal Board (now continued on as the Ontario Land Tribunal) and Local Appeal Body hearings. He has appeared before municipal councils and committees of adjustment to represent clients on various development proposals.
