Kisa Ehigiator, a strong community activist, has been a resident of Toronto for over 20 years. For the past 8 years she has been engaging residents at the grassroots level in Lawrence Heights and Neptune on the Lawrence-Allen Revitalization Plan. As a Community Animator in Lawrence Heights and Neptune, Kisa plays a significant role in ensuring resident engagement throughout the revitalization of this community. She has co-hosted and participated in many public forums, education/awareness campaigns etc. and has been a co-investigator on many projects such as the Social Development Plan for the Lawrence Heights Revitalization and the BePart Community Based Research Project. Kisa currently works at Public Interest, the developer of the Community Animator Model, supporting their ground breaking work.
