Meghan Joy is a PhD candidate in the Policy Studies Program at Ryerson University and holds a M.Sc. in Urban Planning from the University of Toronto. Her research is focused on social planning in the policy field of population aging and the policy relationship between government and the non-profit sector. Meghan has been an active volunteer on the Steering Committee of Toronto Women's City Alliance (TWCA) since 2010 and is currently a member of the TWCA Planning Team.
