Jake works as manager of policy and planning for Park People, a Canadian charity that helps people activate the power of parks. Jake specializes in public space research, policy, and planning from a user-centric perspective. Jake has led several major public life studies, including most recently for the City of Toronto's King Street Transit Pilot, in order to measure and evaluate public space use to recommend design and program changes.
