Steve is an Associate General Manager at Overlap. He works with clients to build deep and meaningful connections during every step of their experience with the Overlap team. Steve has a passion for applying design to complex problems that support better outcomes for organizations while ensuring that clients feel engaged and confident in the experience. Since joining Overlap, Steve has facilitated strong communication and dialogue with Overlap’s many clients—Region of Waterloo, City of Toronto, Region of Niagara, and the City of Stratford, among others—to ensure they are satisfied with project outcomes while remaining involved in a collaborative, productive way. Prior to joining Overlap, Steve gained experience in strategy and management across the public and private sector. Steve holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo.
