Jocelyn Strutt (MCIP, RPP) is a Project Manager with the City of Hamilton’s Neighbourhood Action Strategy and a professional Planner. Jocelyn worked with the McQuesten Community Planning Team to develop their Neighbourhood Action Plan, which included a focus on: food security and access to healthy, sustainable food; strengthening neighbourhood pride; and, promoting, strengthening and encouraging educational opportunities.
