Matthew is an engagement specialist with a background in teaching who focuses on the design and delivery of public engagement processes that facilitate stable and defensible outcomes. He incorporates his training and expertise as a teacher to help facilitate reciprocal learning processes to promote understanding among public citizens, stakeholders and decision makers.
 
Matthew also uses his understanding of the incentives and barriers to participation to encourage meaningful and accessible engagement by promoting the inclusion of multiple points of view in all learning environments.
