Josh is an Associate at Urban Strategies who manages master planning and development approvals for a number of Urban Strategies complex, transit-oriented, city-building projects. Josh has been working on the successful Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment application to permit the vibrant mixed-use redevelopment of Mirvish Village/Honest Ed’s near Bathurst subway station in Toronto. Josh is also the planner and project manager leading the development of station area plans for two ION LRT stops in the City of Kitchener at the bookends of Downtown Kitchener.
